Candlelight Restore & Flow Yoga at District Hemp Botanicals

Find ease Sunday evenings with a little bit of mindful movement and intentional breathing. 

This gentle yoga practice will be designed to release tension from your mind and body so you can melt into your evening with ease. Benefits of this practice will be a better night's sleep, feeling calm and focused the next morning, and an overall feeling of ease in your mind and body.

Join us as early as 4:00pm to check in and chill. 

Class will begin promptly at 4:30pm.

Feel free to stay a little after class to enjoy the post yoga after glow (aka feelings of ease and relaxation).

Complimentary tea will be available before and after practicec to enhance your relaxation experience.

Things to bring:

Yoga Mat

Water Bottle

Light blanket

Yoga Blocks (optional)

Yoga Strap (optional)

Please plan to arrive 10-15 mins before class to set up your mat before class.

Dress in layers for comfort.
