Illumination Yoga at Firefly Cellars

This event will begin with an opportunity to connect with new friends before setting into a beginner accessible yoga practice.

Illumination Yoga will incorporate grounding techniques to calm your mind, breathe more deeply and prepare you for poses and movements designed to release tension and stress, build strength and stability, and allow your mind to experience a deep state of rest.

Perfect for beginners and athletes looking for more range of motion, mobility and freedom from stiffness and pain.

Please bring a yoga mat, hand towel, blanket and water bottle. Dress in layers for comfort.

Aromatherapy will be used throughout the practice for a full sensory experience.

Class will start promptly at 11:00am. Please arrive 10-15 mins early to get situated on your mat.

The Illumination Yoga Experience ticket includes a drink ticket that can be redeemed after class for your choice of a glass of Firefly Cellars wine to be enjoyed on their beautiful property.

Food is available to purchase separately.
