Join us for a cozy morning at Cana Winery of stretch, wine, and flower arranging as we celebrate the arrival of spring at Petals and Poses!

Help us celebrate the start of Women's History Month at the winery with a relaxing morning of yoga, floral arranging, and wine! Awaken your senses, calm your mind, and reconnect with your body and your community in this soul-nourishing event.

Start the morning with a beginner-friendly yoga practice led by local pro Rhonda Wilson in our Sunset Pavilion - focusing on breath, body awareness, and gentle movement to release tension, build strength, and invite deep rest.

Please bring a yoga mat and/or a blanket, arrive by 9:15 AM, and layer up for comfort. Warm socks, a blanket, and water are also recommended!

After yoga, dive into a hands-on floral arranging workshop with Angela Rabena of Blooms2u in our 2nd Floor Harvest Room.
