Petals and Poses at Cana Vineyard and Winery on 08.20.2022

Awaken your senses, calm your mind, feel good in your body and reconnect with your community. 

This event will begin with a beginner accessible yoga practice focusing on breath and body awareness. 

Begin the morning with gentle movements designed to release tension and stress, build strength and stability, and allowing your mind to experience a deep state of rest. 

Yoga class will begin at 9:15 am so please arrive by 9:00 am to get situated on your mat. 

Please layer your clothes for comfort and bring sunblock, bug spray,  a towel, a yoga mat, and a water bottle.

After yoga practice, learn tips and tricks of pro floral arranging using fresh, seasonal flowers and a reuseable glass jar. 

You'll be guided to create a beautiful floral display to enjoy during your day at Cana Vineyards and Winery and home. 

All supplies for the floral portion will be provided.

Lastly, enjoy this fun Loudoun winery by relaxing and connnecting with your friends over a beverage of choice. 

Will it be red, white or rose' for you? 

Your first beverage is included in the ticket cost.
