Join us for a cozy morning of stretch, wine, and flower arranging as we celebrate the fall season at Petals and Poses!

Help us celebrate the season of gathering and friendship at the winery with a relaxing morning of yoga, floral arranging, and wine! Awaken your senses, calm your mind, and reconnect with your body and your community in this soul-nourishing event.

Start the morning with a beginner-friendly yoga practice guided by local yoga teacher Rhonda Wilson in Kaleros ‘s historic heartstone barn. Class will focus on breath, body awareness, and gentle movement specifically designed to release tension, and increase flexibility and mobility.

Throughout this “stretch to release” focused practice, you’ll be prompted to participate in “let go” and allow your inner artist blossom.

Please bring a yoga mat and a blanket, arrive by 9:45 AM, and layer up for comfort. Warm socks, a blanket, and water…
